Martin Watts

Position:Financial Controller

I became a member of the Wylies team in July 2014. Previous to this I worked as a financial controller for a speaker manufacturer in Rayleigh for 6 years. At home I have a GSD called Ellie and a 5 month old little girl called Charlotte. During my spare time, which is rare at the moment, I enjoy playing golf, fishing and motor sports.

Sarah Boreham

Position: HR/payroll

I have worked at Wylies since June 2013. I work as an office administrator and am responsible for the payroll and general accounts. I own one dog called Mumford who is a 2 year old chocolate cockapoo and also 3 cats called Edi, Daisy and Marlon.

Sandra Holt

Position: Credit control

I started Wylies in 1996 as a receptionist. I am now part of the office team and deal mainly with credit control. I have two rescue cats at home and have two grown up daughters. During my spare time I love to shop for dresses and shoes!

Fiona Steptowe

Position: Practice Manager

I have been working at the Wylie Veterinary Centre since 1996. I started as a trainee nurse and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1998. Since then I have held a number of different posts, such as Head Nurse, Night Nurse and Clinical/Insurance Claims Administrator. In 2010 I took on the role of Practice Manager. I have several pets including ducks, chickens and dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and donkeys. I have now resumed my role as practice manager alongside Julie Murphy.

Julie Murphy

Position: Insurance Administrator

I have worked at the Wylie Veterinary Centre since May 2011. I work in the office where I complete the veterinary sections of insurance forms. I am also involved in other administration duties and enjoy being part of the Wylie office team. I am married, and I have two grown up sons. We have four dogs, two cats and occasional mice that the cats prefer to keep as pets! I have just taken on the role of practice manager while Fiona Steptowe in on maternity leave.

Vanessa Lennox

Position: Insurance Administrator

I started working at Wylies in September 2014 as a nurse and it was the best move i ever made! i moved into an office role part time in 2017 and went between completing insurance claim forms and nursing. In July 2019 i took on a full time insurance claim administrator four days a week. I occasionally work a nursing shift at weekends. I have 4 cats and 2 cockerpoos and i spend my spare time walking my dogs and socialising with friends
