Meet the Reception

Position: Head Receptionist (Upminster)

I am the Head Receptionist for the practice and have worked at the Wylie Veterinary Centre for 16 years. I love my work and really enjoy meeting our clients and their pets. My partner and I have been together for 40 years - we have not married yet as I am not sure he is the right one for me! My family consists of 4 rescued cats, 2 Cocker Spaniels and a puppy Dalmatian who was born deaf. I also have an aviary with over 100 finches and canaries. Who said dogs, cats and birds don't mix!

Position: Head Receptionist (Hornchurch)

I joined Wylies in 2003 and took the role of Hornchurch Head Receptionist in 2011. I enjoy gardening, competitions, DIY and spending time with my granddaughter. I am a big fan of Cliff Richard and have been to at least 30 concerts!!

Position: Receptionist

I started working at Wylies 9 years ago and I really enjoy it here. I have a Labrador that a client gave to me on reception one day; his name his Reg and is a very playful pooch. I also have 2 grown-up sons at home!

Position: Receptionist

I joined the Wylie Veterinary Centre in July 2007. I work at both the Upminster and Hornchurch branches. I have 2 grandchildren who keep me busy when not working. I also have a dog and a tortoise. In my spare time I like cycling and zumba.

Position: Receptionist

I have worked as a receptionist at Wylies since 2000, splitting my time between the Upminster and Hornchurch branches. I have 2 cats, a tortoise and a snake, as well as 2 children, (the animals cause less stress!!!). In my very limited spare time I love baking cakes. Previously I had worked in offices, but I find my present role far more interesting. I love meeting all the clients and making a fuss of their pets.

Position: Receptionist

I have worked at the Wylie Veterinary Centre for the last 3 years as a receptionist. I'm also a mother of 3 daughters who keep me very busy. My daughter has a Cocker Spaniel, who I look after part-time, and I think that's the nearest I will get to having a grandson at the moment! I also have a cat called Mr Wylie (ginger tom) who was a stray that came into the centre. I love working with the public and every day is different.

Position: Receptionist

I am Wylie’s newest addition! I joined Wylies in August 2012 as a receptionist but I have been a Wylie client for many years. At present I have a 6 year old boxer called Tilly and 2 daughters aged 12 and 15. I love walking and also enjoy going to the gym.

Position: Receptionist

I Joined the Wylies team in July 2014 as a receptionist. I work at both the Hornchurch branch and Upminster hospital. My Spare time is taken up by my 4 daughters, 1 grand-daughter and 6 month old Cocker spaniel Summer. During my spare time I enjoy going for long walks with the dog and socialising with friends.

Position: Receptionist

I joined the team in July 2015 and since joining have loved every working day. The role is so varied and no two days are the same. I am a mother to one daughter and one extremely bonkers French Bulldog Mabel, who helps to keep my home life varied too!
